Q:What happens when I submit my order?
A:
Your order is dispatched through our order system to a licensed physician who will review the information you have submitted and approve or decline your request. When your order is approved, the physician will write your prescription, and our ordering system will ensure that it is sent to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped.
Q:Where is my order?
A:
Shipping Policy: All our orders are dispatched on business days (Monday – Friday) only. We do not ship on national holidays. When you place an order on Friday after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.
Q:Are orders shipped discreetly?
A:
Yes it is! All orders is sent in an unmarked plain packaging with no indication whatsoever of it‘s contents. All products are labeled as health supplements.
Q:How do I pay?
A:
You may pay via credit card using our online order form, or alternatively you can contact us if you wish to use bank transfer. All prices on this site are in either USD (united states dollar) or EUR (Euro).
Q:Can I return my medication for a refund?
A:
We are unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law.
